This is the application form for those wishing to join the club until the end of the current membership year on the 31st December.

Note: Subscriptions include full membership of Horwich RMI Club and use of the facilities at all times.

All fully paid members will be automatically registered for the Club All Rounders Championship which has a £500 prize fund
